Tn I Planning Packet & Handbook
Agreement- The agreement is required to confirm your registration and should be submitted with your reservation fee.
Roster – List of all attending campers. The total should match the head count on the registration.
Camper/Counselor Health Form – This form must be notarized and be submitted at check in.
Scholarship Health Form– This form must be notarized and be submitted at check in.
Interactive Camp Roster - This form must be filled out and submitted prior to coming to camp.
